Find out what imposter syndrome is, its relevance to every industry and understand how to recognise it in ourselves and employees, and how we can play a role in overcome this fear.

This important session highlights the latest workshop developed by Rural Edge and will showcase examples of how families with positive plans for succession fare well. Modern day ideology, growing cost of land, emotional considerations and factoring in dividing assets with non-farming family members are all discussed.

Considering careers in technology are newer than careers in farming, we investigate how the two meet, what farmers are doing with it at the moment and what the future of technology on farms looks like.

We have all heard too many stories and some have been very close to our homes and hearts. Let’s unearth what is happening on the ground to be proactive around mental health in our communities and how you can get involved and gain support.
