Farm labour is a significant investment.  Whether you are adding one or two seasonal casual workers or have regular full or part-time team members, do you know how to maximise your return on that investment and manage some of the risks?  You are not just managing a piece of equipment here.  You are managing the challenging and sometimes unpredictable aspects of people. There are valuable skills and simple processes that will serve you well in making the most of attracting, onboarding and keeping your most important investment – people!  Time have changed.  What worked to motivate and get the best out of people even 10 years ago is different today.  In this program you will begin to learn more about good practice in employing and managing people in a farm business.

Cost*: $495 (+GST) per participant and $250 (plus GST) per person for additional members of the same business.
